GRADONARCHITECTURE has worked with Middlesbrough Council and planning and landscape consultants Valley Environmental to refine the vision for land at Stainsby. We are pleased to confirm that the latest scheme has now been released for public consultation.
The vision for Stainsby sets out a sustainable, mixed, and balanced community within a high-quality and engaging landscape. The proposals include the creation of a new public country park.
The landscape will define the character of the development and place nature at its centre. The scheme will enhance and extend existing habitats while creating a wide range of new habitats for people and wildlife. It will deliver net gains in biodiversity, climate change resilience, and ecosystem services across the wider environment.
