Utilising the existing survey information which we now have as a base for further development, prepare varying concept options for consideration, which include the redevelopment of the existing barn structure, as well as an additional extension to accommodate an overall development of 48 beds with ancillary accommodation to include a living/kitchen area, laundry and connectivity to the existing barn buildings. Once a preferred option is selected, develop the coordinated proposals to comprise general arrangement scale floor plans, sections, elevations and a 3d visualisation.
On the basis that the existing structure is not fit for purpose, isn’t large enough and has no heritage value, it is proposed that it will be demolished and replaced with a new structure. Develop coordinated proposals for a new structure to comprise a campsite reception area, small shop, male and female toilets and showers, campsite laundry, washup and kitchen area.
