Offering a full RIBA service through work stages 0-7, we include Contract Administration and Employers Agent services.
Usually developing the project directly with the Client from inception, firstly through to planning approval (RIBA work stages 0-3), the project may then be procured in varying ways through RIBA work stages 4-7. We can assist with the choice of procurement and in the selection of a suitable contract for the proposed works and administer it on your behalf and/or act as Employers Agent, to ensure the works are undertaken in accordance with tender documentation and approvals.
We have extensive knowledge of successfully delivering projects in scale, from small Domestic and JCT Minor Works Contracts, through to more complex and larger projects adopting Standard JCT and NEC forms of contract. Acting as Contract Administrator throughout the construction phase, we will help to ensure your project is delivered in line with the agreed design, specification, budget, and programme. We work closely with you, the contractor, and the wider project team to provide clear communication, technical oversight, and professional guidance at every stage of the build.
From preparing contract documentation and monitoring site progress to certifying payments and managing variations, we help protect your interests while keeping the construction process organised, transparent, and efficient. Our role is to maintain the quality of the design, resolve issues proactively, and ensure the finished project remains true to the original vision.
Whether you are delivering a private residential project or a larger commercial or industrial scheme, having an experienced Contract Administrator involved provides clarity, structure, and reassurance throughout construction. We help manage risk, control costs, and support informed decision-making, allowing the project to progress smoothly from start to completion.
