22 King Street sits in the heart of St James’s, London. It lies close to some of the city’s best retail, restaurants, parks, and historic landmarks. The area attracts a strong mix of established businesses.
The building combines contrasting architectural styles. It brings together traditional features and contemporary internal structures.
We designed a mix of open-plan modern offices and traditional period spaces behind the listed façade. A light-filled atrium connects these areas and draws daylight through the building.
We refurbished the building to meet modern workplace standards. We installed air conditioning, LED lighting, and suspended ceilings. We also introduced a new ground floor reception to create a clear and welcoming arrival.
