Built in 1832, 12 Shipquay Street stands as a significant piece of Victorian architecture within the historic Derry city walls. In 1923, Belfast architects F&J McArdle upgraded the building for Munster & Leinster Bank. The sandstone façade still features two crests and the date 1923 engraved in the parapet.

GRADONARCHITECTURE converted this historic bank into a mixed-use building. We introduced five modern apartments across the upper levels, including one- and two-bedroom homes. We retained commercial space at ground floor level to support continued active use.
