New UK Project Wins
We are pleased to share some positive news as our UK and overseas project portfolio continues to grow. In the coming weeks, we will begin technical design work for a 100-bed student accommodation scheme and a new visitor centre in County Durham. These projects follow recent planning submissions and represent an important next step in our ongoing work in the region. We are excited to move into the next stage of delivery and to bring these schemes closer to reality.
At the same time, we are progressing a strategic masterplan for a mixed-use community and residential scheme for Middlesbrough Council. This project forms part of a wider regeneration strategy and demonstrates our ability to deliver large-scale planning solutions. The masterplan is designed to support sustainable growth, create new opportunities, and help shape a vibrant, long-term community.
This triple win comes shortly after securing overseas work in Jordan and Turkmenistan. These international commissions strengthen our global presence and show our ability to work across diverse regions. They also highlight our capability to respond to different cultural, environmental, and regulatory contexts while maintaining high standards of design and delivery. Working on projects in varied locations continues to broaden our experience in UK and overseas project.
We are excited to be working on this new raft of projects. Each scheme brings its own challenges and character, which is what makes our work so interesting and rewarding. From strategic master planning to technical design and delivery, we remain focused on creating thoughtful spaces that make a positive impact.
Looking ahead, we aim to deliver a diverse range of projects. Our focus includes strategic masterplanning, student accommodation, social housing, and international schemes. This breadth of work places us in a strong position for the future and reinforces our commitment to high-quality design across multiple sectors.
