We are delighted to welcome Graeme Kirkley back to the team as Technical Director.

Graeme Kirkley returns after four years working as a Design Manager with a large national contractor. During this time, he gained extensive experience in the evolving construction industry. He also developed a strong understanding of how contractors operate. He will use this insight to shape how we work with contractors in the future. This will improve our delivery-stage approach. Graeme Kirkley previously spent eight years with us as Technical Director. He built a strong track record of technical leadership and project delivery. Before this, he worked for 23 years at another architectural practice. There, he developed a wide-ranging and highly respected career.

Graeme Kirkley’s technical expertise in construction design will support our future growth. He will also develop and mentor our dynamic, young team. He will share his knowledge and experience to strengthen our capability and confidence across all project stages. Graeme Kirkley’s return shows our commitment to strong leadership. It also reflects our focus on maintaining high technical standards.

Graeme Kirkley said: “I’m thrilled to re-join the team and work on an exciting range of delivery-stage projects in the UK and overseas. Architecture has always been a passion of mine. I enjoy seeing how each element of a scheme comes together. It’s rewarding to see projects completed. I believe architecture plays a vital role in shaping people’s lives.”

Graham McDarby, Managing Director, added: “We’re excited to welcome Graeme back. He began his career at just 16. His experience and leadership will be invaluable as we grow the business. Graeme will also play a key role in nurturing our young talent. He will help the next generation of designers develop their skills.”
