Proposals for the redevelopment of the former Print Works have been completed and have received Expertise Approval the Mongolian equivalent to Building Control for the Ulaanbaatar Galleria Project with Tavan Bogd. Located in the heart of Central Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, Galleria UB will play host to high end retail over two storeys of the existing building and will see one of the most significant conservation and restoration project undertaken in Mongolia.
