Plans are submitted on behalf of Arch Developments Ltd, to Northumberland County Council for the development of 66 residential units on the site of the former Moorside First School in Newbiggin. The proposals include a mix of two storey family accommodation and bungalows and follow a number of Best Practice initiatives including Building for Life Standards. Technical design is underway and subject to planning, construction is anticipated to start on site in early 2017.
