Working within the design guidance established for the development of Manorside as part of the Wynyard Park masterplan, detailed proposals are submitted to Hartlepool Borough Council for a second bespoke private family residence. The concept of the proposal originates from a pair of traditional stone barns, interlinked by a contemporary radial arc to reflect the fan-shape plot. The dwelling form creates an unassuming courtyard space to the front and defines the generous private rear garden onto which the kitchen, main living areas and swimming pool open up. Technical design is currently being developed with a view to commencing works in Spring 2017.
