Located in the former Customs House on Derry Waterfront, the existing building forms an ideal location and setting for fine dining within the city. The design seeks to retain many of the original features to the ceilings and walls with new additions including the open kitchen and the copper bar area becoming the new focal points with nautical tones befitting of the building’s former use. A variety of flexible dining and cover arrangements are provided through the use of non fixed furniture to the floor spaces and more intimate fixed booths and soft seating to perimeter walls.
