A refurbishment of a Grade 2 listed fourth floor office space in Piccadilly Central London to provide a flexible Category A fit out to include the installation of new mechanical and electrical services, lighting and air conditioning ducts, as well as new toilet cores and raised access floors, suspended ceilings and fire detection systems and finishes to the internal walls.

A relatively simple project in itself requiring sensitive stakeholder engagement between the landlord and other tenants, as well as fulfilling the requirements of Building Control in relation to a multiple occupancy building and issues in relation to its Listed Building status.
