A flexible commercial office building providing a range of varying size incubator suites for start up businesses, this gateway building is predominantly glazed and is lined with external feature columns which align the street pavement.

The rear of the building encloses its parking and forms the main entrance which is connected through landscaping to a further community hub building opposite. An atrium space links both parts of the Business Incubator together and forms a communal meeting space which links with the open plan café, encouraging interactions between the buildings tenants.

The principal building materials are brick, glazing, timber screens and copper window surrounds.
