A brownfield redevelopment of the site of the former Moorside School in Newbiggin  providing 66 new residential dwellings comprising  a combination of 2, 3, and 4 bed homes.

All homes are designed in accordance with HCA funding and Building for Life standards.

The masterplan respects the surrounding context with a strong street frontage and a large landscape buffer to the front of the site. Single storey bungalows are positioned adjacent to the landscape buffer to create a human scale to the site entrance creating an attractive entrance to the development which draws you along the central access  meandering through the site and concludes with a SUDS pond which enhances the inherent landscaping and ecological site features.
