A bespoke office design for one of Northern Ireland’s leading developers, Braidwater, our design approach adopts clean and contemporary lines to the internal public and meeting areas located off a central reception area with the focal point forming as a simple iroko timber reception “block.” Further emphasis is given to the visitor’s first impression with the effective use of concealed low voltage lighting set between iroko “fins” to the rear and above the reception area.
