Gaff House submitted for planning

Detailed proposals have been submitted for the development of a bespoke family dwelling in Limavady, Northern Ireland. The 2,600sqft 4-5 bedroom dwelling is accommodated over two floors and presents itself as a conventional property to the main road, “defending” its private open plan spaces and contemporary gardens behind a hardwood sliding screened gateway. The internal accommodation offers flexible open plan living which responds to the beautiful scenery and its setting.

Architectural Director Sean Furey said:

“We are currently experiencing high demand for properties of this nature. Gaff House is one of a number of bespoke “Grand Design” style housing projects we currently have on – both in our studios in Derry and in England. Gaff house follows the recent success of our Culmore and Groom residences and we are looking forward to showcasing a number of further exciting living projects in the near future.”
